1. Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Items on clearance or special sale are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or store credit) within 5-7 working days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or have a size issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product received was damaged.
